🇲🇽Authentic Mexican cuisine is arriving in Knoxville next week and we couldn’t be more excited to finally share what we’ve been working on. Our new menu has been months in the making, inspired by the flavors, traditions, and regions of Mexico. This elevated menu blends some of our guests’ current favorite dishes with new vibrant additions from Chef Yerika. It is crafted to make you feel like it is straight from Mexico. It’s authentic, it’s intentional, and it’s delicious. Each dish carries its own story and makes you feel like you are indulging in different parts of Mexico.
This vision would not be possible without our new Head Chef @chefyerika joining our team late last year. We are so grateful for her passion, heritage, and talent that brought this authenticity to life here in Knoxville. We’re beyond honored to share it with our community.
