Meet Chef Yerika Muñoz, our new Head Chef and the heart behind every flavor you’ll find at Loco Burro Knoxville.

🇲🇽 Chef Yerika’s journey began in Mexico City, where she grew up learning from three strong women, her grandmothers and her mother, who taught her courage, warmth, and the power of cooking with love. What started as family meals shared around the table turned into a lifelong passion that would take her across the world.

From creating desserts inspired by her abuelas’ recipes at Frida Beverly Hills, to serving global icons and leading a team of chefs aboard an international cruise line, Chef Yerika has built her career on heart, heritage, and hard work. Now she is bringing that same passion to Loco Burro Knoxville, sharing her story through every dish. Very excited to have you, @chefyerika !
